Orders placed in the United States are eligible for a 14-day return policy.
To request a return authorization, please send an email to [email protected] with your purchase number and the name of the items you’d like a refund on, if the item arrived damaged you can also send a picture or video of it.
A return address may be given to you by the customer support staff.
We will refund the cost of the product via the original payment method after we confirm your return or your refund request.
